Sidnitra Christine Bates’ one word is LEGACY. She is the proud mother of two sons, Benjamin K. Smalls, Ir. and Zion C. Lawson, and one grandson, Bryson Jaire Smalls. Together, they have co-created A2theThird, Inc., (www.a2thethirdinc.org) a creative services non-profit organization that advocates for the economic empowerment and advocacy of artists, authors, and artisans.

Sidnitra is an active virtual member of Today’s Church Tampa Bay and a licensed minister in the Church of the Everlasting Kingdom (COTEK}. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Clark Atlanta University, where she became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
She is the current Board Chair of the Prince Georges County Emergency Food and Shelter Program, which allocates federal funds to organizations that provide rent, mortgage, utility, and food assistance to eligible residents.
